(mix them together until the dough can become into round shape then make a hole on top of the dough surface by using your finger then add cooking oil for 1 tea spoon. Put the dough aside for 15-30 minutes)
AFTER 15-30 minutes ...
Heat your pan while you knead the dough into round shape, make sure it didn't to thick and to lime. Before you knead the dough add some wheat flour to avoid it become sticky and it helps you to knead the dough easily.
After you knead your dough, you need to roll your dough until it become into round shape and then you need to smash the dough until it become lime then you add 1/2 butter onto the dough. Once you add butter on it you need to make it into roll again and smash it become lime then you start to knead the dough into round shape again and ready to put on the pan.
Once you put on the pan, you need to make sure the dough is cook perfectly on all surface, you need to press the dough until the the bubble come out on the dough surface. Then, you need to turn the dough to other side (invert the dough) and put 1/2 tea spoon of butter on the surface and repeat the same thing for the back surface.
Once the dough become dry and the bubble turn to dark color (as picture above), its mean the chapati is ready to eat ! tadaaaaa.....
